Yes, it came online Wednesday on Amazon Prime, but I suspect like S4 is only available in UK.
Don't know how long S4 took to get around, it only recently had it's run on BBC TV.
And so far DVD and Bluray versions have to be imported from Netherlands (??)
So it may yet be a while for this last season to be more widespread.

 

Last time, it took several weeks before anything appeared in the usual informal sources.
