French executioner. What's not clear if who is being refered to is Charles Henry Sanson's sister (assuming he actually existed) or some other executioner of Lyon.

Why I say if, I'm not super sure if Marie-Josephe Sanson was an invention of the Manga Innocent, if she was an actual sibling of Charles.

 

It's a true of woman executioner in Lyon
