Sorry for digging up these old posts but they're all new to me. This is a poignant short film about a young girl who works as a wet nurse for a wealthy family. But her breasts are running dry. She can't feed her own infant who cries continuously of hunger. Her master is planning to send her out and her mistress taunts her for not having a husband. In desperation, she kills her baby by hanging. So then she too must hang. Here it is on Youtube. (execution at about 20:00)
