I've been asking around since I first saw this.
I guess the lack of response is the stunned silence accompanying a mass scratching of heads puzzling where it comes from.
This guy commonly labels his clips with the initials of the title.
My immediate thought was ‘Witch Hunt’ (2021) which is due out shortly. But that’s down as a teen-horror flick, hardly right for this type of scene.
An extra problem is the late cut at the end which gives us a glimpse of (I think) Aaron Pedersen, who is an actor in Aussie movies.
And he isn’t listed as appearing in anything with the initials WH.
I may be wrong, but if it’s not him then that mole has got a doppelganger!

And it looks to be a great Aussie-noir series, going straight on my binge-watching list.
