There was the short Guillotine scene from Madoka Magica Movie Part 3: The Rebellion Story. In this short scene, Homura Akemi was about to be executed by the guillotine with Mami and Kyoko watching the execution.
Then later, Homura (was now become the witch as Homulilly) headed towards the guillotine as her final wish. But at least she got rescued by her friend Madoka.
