There was the brief guillotine scene from the anime: Yoake Mae Yori Ruri Iro Na aka Crescent Love Episode 1 where Mai (Tatsuya's sister) has imagine in which she, Sayaka (Tatsuya's cousin) and Tatsuya was sentenced to death by the guillotine.
