There was the guillotine scene from the anime Killing Bites Ep 11 where Ui Inaba (Rabbit) was about to be executed by the guillotine.
But it was just her imagination when she felt cornered by Eruza Nakanishi (Cheetah)

Not to mention the same guillotine scene from the manga as well in Chapter 28.
