This seemed like a little bit of a cop-out.
But probably understandable. Online translators give it Chinese for Zhu Baoyi, but Japanese for Emily Chu.
Googling each name separately both give results for either the one, or the other, or for both being the same person.

So I'm accepting that the actress' name is Zhu Baoyi and that it's Westernized version is Emily Chu.
But it is rather confusing, so maybe I'll just stick with calling her 朱宝意

Chinese speaker here. The characters "朱宝意" romanize to "Zhu Baoyi" or "Chu Baoyi" in English. "Emily" is what I assume to be her "Christian" or "Western" name that Chinese people often add to their name when they emigrate to an English-speaking country. So her full name would be "Emily Zhu Baoyi". In an English-speaking country using the first-name last-name system, she would be called "Emily Chu" and in a Chinese-speaking country she would be called by her birth name "Zhu Baoyi".
