I ran it through a couple of reverse photo search sites with negative results

 

Pure photographic artistry from a guy by the name of Hlopusha.
He was a fairly regular contributor to the old Dark Spot, but haven't seen him on the new site yet.

His selection of models and settings strongly suggested a close affinity with the Cruel World/911 Entertainment video producers,
if not actually the same fella.
