I found this screenshot from a movie titled Нюрнберг (2023) online.
It seems that she either was hanged then saved or is about to be hanged, but I cannot confirm. If anyone knows anything about whether this scene is a hanging scene, I would appreciate a response.

from 1:47:00 to the end of movie there's been at least 5 people hanged , all of them were men
at around 36 min in, there is historical black n white scene of people being hanged
and about the screenshot you've sent unfortunately i think its just a flashback scene of that single shot
