From the published pics, this has to be that shameless remake of 'Bangkok Hilton' where Nicole Kidman came to fame.

So it must be this 1993 movie

i'm going to have to scrounge around for it. youtube deleted the movie, and, the four of them on kickass torrents have no seeds.

unless, does someone have just the firing squad scene? that would do for a bit
