Here's weird. This movie appears to have been made in two different versions, this one, translated as 'There Is No Dying, There Is No Returning'.
And we have previously seen it as:-
https://themiscollection.com/set/Her_kursuna_bir_olu which translates as 'One Dead For Every Bullet', amongst several other variations.
There are two distinct references in IMDb. Also two references in 'Spaghetti Western Database'. Which both note different directors AND different writers!
I've found both online, and after a quick viewing it looks like the same bunch of scenes. But in different orders!
I'm baffled, perhaps someone might care to investigate further?

Now viewed about a dozen copies of these videos. Coming to the conclusion they ARE two separate movies.
Our two sets of vidcaps do indeed both belong to 'Olmek Var Dönmek Yok'.
The previous 'Her Kursuna Bir Olu' was a mis-identification, still present in at least one YouTube offering.
And the couple of 'jumbled scenes' versions are, I believe, someone's attempt at a mash-up of the two films combined.
