I found in the playlist for the series 'Taiwan Strange Case', and were from Episode 366.

 

Thanks for the detective work. Gotten quite a bit of submissions lately with realllllly poor titles, especially from overseas. I'm starting to tag sets with different search strings behind the scene so I can ID multiple titles. Extremely annoying though, most videos on popular platforms never use real movie titles and people who email me don't do enough research.

Feels like I posted 'unknown 584' as well, but I flipped through the indexes and didn't see it. I may have missed it.

 

Two proposals:
1. introduce a tag system to allow a multi-faceted classification system
2. be able to perform searches on forum posts.
