I wrote that first one so long ago I am a little embarrassed by it now (I would do things quite differently these days, but the real"Dawn" was quite specific in what she wanted), but I am glad people are still enjoying it all these years later.
I read the story about Dawn, and I think it is quite beautiful, touching and compassionate. I actually worked on a pro bono case where my client (not female) was eventually executed, and I was so moved by my client’s remorse and his apologies to the victim’s family. I wish he is in a better place in his eternal sleep. I have tears in my eyes when reading the story. (PS I’m a lawyer, I don’t know why-while I wish the criminal justice system is kinder, I’m also sexually aroused by lethal injection stories)
