No. Into the badland is a 1991 movie, this was not a movie.
I saw the ending of this hanging scene many years ago, very late at night, inside a Playboy TV program. Up to a few days ago, when I found this imae, I was not confident that my recollections were real and not the result of pre fall asleep numbness.
The firm data about this cold case are tje date -sometime, not much, post sep 1994- and that it was a Playboy produced program.

There's no movie with the title "PLAYBOY GOES WEST" on IMDB and the only reference that we could find on Google is about Apacheland. The article posted by frobotz contains different actors and director names. Where it came from?
The movie clearly exist, but maybe the information inside the Apacheland are wrong. But it's also strange that there are no references on IMDB.
