Well, it's only taken two and half years, but I just chanced on this one again recently.

The proper titling is 枪花 (Qiāng huā) (Gun Flower), a Chinese series from 2013.

The start of Episode 2 shows her being disinterred from the grave, still alive! That's some breath control!
