Does anybody have this clip?

 

The caps found here are from my old clip, which I never publicised, owing to the young age of the participants.
Now however I can disavow all responsibility by directing you to YouTube.
The episode is Season 3 Episode 19 'The Music Box'.

 

Poor Laura. She took Nellie's music box. Her conscience bothered her so badly she had three dream sequences where she was pronounced guilty, then thrown in the dungeon in chains, and finally hanged. Actually pretty well done. I could not find it on Youtube. But it's on Dailymotion. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0633111/

 

Oh also at the end Nellie gets sent to her room while her Dad gets a thick leather strap. Nellie definitely has it coming. Ouch.

 

Sorry, that was seven months ago there were a few copies on YouTube. No surprise they haven't survived.
Glad you found the Dailymotion copy. It's in mirrored image to 'fool' the copyright, but you get the general idea.

For years I thought this was an urban myth. A hanging scene? In 'Little House' for chrissake!
I could actually remember the episode when it was originally broadcast in the UK, but of course the entire scene had been cut out.
It wasn't till years later when all the 'nostalgia ' DVDs started coming out that I got to see it is was real. And pretty dam' good at that.
Now you can even get an HD version on Bluray.
