I've tried methods like reverse image searching, going through IMDB lists, and clicking through old Japanese movies, but I still haven't been able to identify the source.

I figure someone on this site might have a recollection of where the screencaps came from, so I would much appreciate some new leads or information.

I have ruled out the following:
