B&W Akai tsuki Version

I think the black and white version of Akai tsuki is even hotter than the 2004 version. Is there somewhere we can find the video of this? I did some searching and came up empty.
With all due respect to Paul, I still think Elena Zakharova is the girl in the b&w pics, and this is the 2004 movie.
But whatever, if we're talking the clip that was posted on the Russian forum, this is their download link.
Just key in the 4digit captcha, and hit the red download (скачать) button underneath. Then maybe again after a pop-up.

Further to above, hopefully resolving confusion.
The b&w pics ARE from the 2004 movie. It was actually a colour film, either Japanese TV co. WOWOW transmitted it monochrome or the Russian uploader converted his clip for some reason.
A trailer and screenshots can be seen here -

The other pics are from a 2004 TV series, with a different cast.
Although there's a photo of the other girl, I can't yet identify the actress' name.
Details of the show can be found here -

All is revealed.
The b&w sequence is a flashback seen at the beginning of the film.
The scene plays out again in colour, at least in part, at about the 41min mark.
