I see from the branding they're from my old clip.
This is 'Star Trek's Dr. Pulaski, Diana Muldair in S1 Ep4 'Mystery of the Yellow Rose'

Her character's name Miss Savannah intrigued me sufficiently to discover this program was the final writing credit of William R. Cox.
He must have been running out of ideas, because all he's done here is recycle the same story he previously pitched a decade earlier to 'The Virginian'.
In the episode 'No Tears For Savannah' Gena Rowlands (aka Mrs Johnny Staccato - sorry, Cassavetes) found herself in the same predicament.
