I have discovered if you add the term circa (add a year of choice) ideogram will change the hair style and clothing for you also you can use for the expression fear, resigned , shocked, sad etc for a pretty good rendering I have inmates and enemas as a example and I have found socks rather than footed tights works pretty well let me know what you think hope this helps some of you happy imaging

awww thank you Im a newbie like everyone else just sharing what I have to work you burn through a lot of your images tweeking here and there to get the right look AI can be very finiky at times and with ideogram you dont want to wake the dam cat up lol thats why I have chatgpt write the prompts I feed into ideogram they sort of know what to say to each other once you have the base image you like you can start tweeking it by changing words in the prompt hope to see a lot from the group have fun.
