I haven't seen this one on the site yet: it's a 2-part story about a torture-loving serial killer and features some nice bondage and peril, but no major torture action.

But the main bit of interest starts at 09:00 with an abduction and then some peril. There's some more viewed on a TV screen at 31:00, then another sequence at 40:20 where there's a standard bit of an undercover cop getting in trouble stuff: naturally she's rescued before anything too bad (or good?) happens.
