The husband found out that his newly wed wife was having an affair with another woman, who claimed to be a vampire. He tracked them down to a coffin and shot them both. Then, a maid also confessed she was one of them too and willingly submited herself to be shot (very sexy arrangement of hair here). After he shot her, he opened the coffin and cut out the hearts of the his wife and the other woman. The maid's heart was also cut out, so that they would not be able to come back to life again.

But seems the order posted is a bit confusing. The girl in red should be executed first before he open up the coffin again to cut off the breasts of the two women.
