Looks like you're just having trouble accessing files on my cloud hosting, which is where all non-new sets are. It's currently working for me, may just be temporary DNS issues between your ISP and the the server. Try on your phone data and see if you're having same issue.

 

The problem turned out to be with the DuckDuckGo privacy extension, used with Firefox for Linux.

It's bullet-proof...but too paranoid.
