Your first, and the ones around it, are actually fairly complete as they are. They form a series called 'The Hanging Judge' from Wave Productions.
The original, considering it's age is only marginally better quality, but available from their site:

Your second I'm not familiar with. But click on the uploaders name, bring up his video list, and he's got the whole thing right there.
Unfortunately it hasn't got any audio, and I'm sorry I can't help locating another copy.
