There was the guillotine scene from Cutie Honey (1973) Episode 6.
In this scene, while Honey was running away from the Panther Claw Grunts, the Grunts has stopped. They are right in front of Marie Antoinette on the guillotine. The Grunts was worried. They think Honey was gone. But in case you haven't notice, it's was Honey disguised as Marie Antoinette! She laughs and then the Grunts noticed Honey. They shoot it on the rope and then the blade was falling down towards Honey's head. She was shocked. Luckily she dodged just in time before she was decapitated.
