There was the guillotine scene from the manga; Majo Taisen in Chapter 22.

In this chapter, during the Walpurgis one-on-one tournament, Marie Antoinette has summoned her Guillotine on Catherine the Great. As the blade was about to behead Catherine's head, she use her left leg to kick the blade and she destroyed Marie Antoinette's Guillotine by using her ability: Third Magic Vestment - Cavalleria mode.

Also, there's another guillotine scene in the same manga. This time it was in Chapter 23 where Marie Antoinette was executed by the guillotine in her flashback.
