I recall (with some horror) attempting to research it at the time, only to discover multiple translations in different references.
It is variously entitled 'The Fate Of The World', 'Separated By The World', 'The Next World', ' Alternate World', 'Separated By A Lifetime', as well as 'Secluded'.
You will also find it known by the alternate name 'Deja Vu In Budapest'!!
