This is from the French TV series 'Odysseus' in 2013.
It is part of a longer sequence in the episode 'Les Troyennes' which deals with the story of 'the Hanging of the Maids'.

At the end here, a secret substitution is being enacted to save one of the girls.
So which particular actress is involved is a little difficult to tell, considering the different names are all Greek to me.
