There seems to be a scene from this movie where a barefoot woman is hanging herself. I cannot find the movie itself though so I would appreciate the help in finding this scene.

It appears that the movie is currently doing the rounds of the film festivals, and not publicly available.
However previews can be obtained for a modest sum, on a limited (24hr) PPV rental basis from this site:-

Since not everybody wants to do that, I took the trouble to cut a clip.
There are actually two similar scenes, I nearly missed the second. Though neither ultimately goes anywhere, they are both incredibly intense.
Hopefully I haven't missed any others in my rush to beat the deadline.
