A clip from the 2004 film featuring actress Elena Zakharova has just appeared on the Russian forum.
As can be seen from these vidcaps, we apparently have a doppelganger on our hands.

Yea just saw this clip posted. At first Shusha mentioned to me about black and white screenshots, so I searched and searched and found the other version. I feel the one I first posted is the 2004 version; this version has 720p resolution which makes me think it was made at a later time.
