Here's the thing about Darlie Routie:
1) I'm not at all sure that she's guilty.
2) Apparently, neither is the State of Texas, because...
3) ...they sure are taking their own sweet time getting around to executing her.
 
 
no sir. there is absolutely NO doubt about her guilt. the only reason she hasn't alreay been executed is the state bending over backward allowing her frivolous dna appeals, all of which she loses, of courfse
 
 
Actually it is the prosecution who has been dragging their heels and not turning over the DNA for more testing until recently and an unidentified person's DNA was exposed. I have always felt that the prosecution was covering something up in this case and the lead prosecutor was charged with evidence tampering in some other cases.
