About 20 years ago,while flipping through the German channels that you could pick up on the Sky satellite platform one night,I came across what seemed to be a late 1980s early 1990s film.The only scene I remember is of a man in a suit,marching a handcuffed girl in a blue dress style uniform down a prison corridor until they enter a cell,where he has prepared a noose.Under the noose is a large metal suitcase and he forces the girl to stand on it,tightens the noose around her neck,bends down pulls out the case from beneath her feet and leaves her to hang,as he walks out the cell locking the door behind him.

Anyone any idea what the film or maybe a TV episode of some series was? It did seem to be American if that helps lol
