Is anyone could continue writing the story of Tess when she was in jail and facing death sentence?
Tess is the heroine in Thomas Hardy's book "Tess of the D'Urbervillies", she was hanged because she murdered the one who raped her. books and many TV works showed us the sad story.
However, Thomas didn't show us the scenes of Tess in jail, court, or under the gallows. I believe that these scene also can reflect Tess's sadness.

The 2008 BBC adaptation with Gemma Arterton closed with a brief sequence showing the condemned Tess in her jail cell.
