Found this collage and I was wondering if anyone knows where is this from?

Oh boy!
This is one of the earliest clips and associated pics found circulating these types of board.
What we know is that it is from an episode of the German TV series 'Die Wache' (police procedural, like 'The Bill' in UK).
Never found anyone able to identify the specific episode, or provide better than the crudely stitched together shots of the existing clip.
Let us hope you bringing this up for air again results in someone new solving an age old mystery.

Having said that.......
Many thanks again for prompting me to take another look.
I am now almost certain that it is Series 4 Episode 18 'Abschied'.
If only that could lead to us getting a better clip??
