These scenes are from The Private Life of Henry VIII with the great Charles Laughton as Henry, and the incomparable Merl Oberon as Anne. The scene ends with Anne standing on the scaffold but the lead-in is first-rate, including my favorite quote from a Femex movie: "Will the net hold my hair when....when my....head falls?". I'm pretty sure you can find this on Youtube.
